Sunlite Plastics has the benefit of having complete control over its PVC manufacturing process—all under one roof. It starts with being able to compound our own PVC and Non DEHP PVC materials in house. This provides consistency from lot to lot as well as lot traceability. Our extrusion process is a closed loop system which allows us to efficiently achieve and maintain the desired specifications. After parts are produced, they are inspected using top-of-the-line equipment to ensure they meet specifications before being released to be shipped from our warehouse.
